Customers must send the exact amount using the correct cryptocurrency and blockchain network. Network fees and other transaction charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible. Orders will only be processed after the full payment has been received, the required blockchain confirmations are complete, and any necessary verification has been approved.
