Robot Bartender Software Pro Edition is the full service tier. It carries everything in Standard and adds the parts of bartending that happen away from the bottle: talking to guests, taking payment, managing the room and running a shift without supervision. Like every edition, it deploys on any Unitree or AgiBot robot with secondary development support.

Pro includes a conversational service layer. The robot greets guests, takes spoken orders in multiple languages, makes recommendations based on what the guest has already ordered, and confirms the order back before it starts pouring. Voice interaction runs alongside the tablet and QR ordering carried over from Standard, so guests can order however they prefer.

Commercially, Pro integrates with your point of sale and payment terminal so a drink is only prepared once payment clears. It supports an age verification workflow with ID scanning and staff override, per guest and per session serve limits, and automatic service refusal rules that your venue defines. Every transaction, refusal and override is written to an audit log.

For multi unit operations, Pro provides a shift management console. Assign robots to zones, monitor queue depth and pour throughput across the floor in real time, push menu changes mid service, and schedule automatic cleaning and purge cycles between shifts. Analytics cover drinks per hour, best selling recipes, peak demand windows and cost per serve.
