Robots Partner Catalog Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Robots Partner Catalog app for Shopify collects when a merchant installs it. The app is provided by PE Lytvynenko Stanislav, the developer shown on its App Store listing, for partners of Robots International. Our website is covered by our general privacy policy.
What the app can access
The app has one Shopify permission: to write products. It has no access to your customers, orders or payments, so it holds no personal data about your customers. Shopify's install screen also lists store owner details. The app does not read or store them.
What we store
- Your store's myshopify.com domain. We read your store's country once, when you connect, to choose a catalog, and do not store it.
- The access tokens that let the app work with your store, encrypted.
- The partner account your store is connected to, the catalog it uses and the brands you chose.
- The SKU and Shopify product and variant IDs of each product the app created, and the cost last sent for it.
- The time and result of the last sync.
Connection codes are stored only as a one-way hash.
How we use it
We use this data only to connect your store, add products to it and keep the sync running. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
What we send to your store
Product titles, descriptions, brands, types, tags, SKUs, weights and photos, and what you pay us for a product, in its Cost per item field. To work out that amount we read the customer group of your partner account. This is product and pricing data, not personal data about your customers.
Who else handles it
Shopify runs your store. Amazon Web Services hosts our servers, and Cloudflare carries traffic to them. Our server logs can contain your store's domain.
How long we keep it
When you uninstall the app, your access tokens are deleted at once. The rest is erased when Shopify sends its erasure request, 48 hours after you uninstall, unless you reinstall before then. Products already in your store stay there and are yours to manage.
