Partner Program

These terms apply to everyone in our partner program — affiliates, resellers and distributors — on all our robotics stores.

1. Commission

  • Affiliates earn 3% commission on the product subtotal of each order placed through their referral link — after discounts, excluding tax and shipping.
  • Resellers and distributors earn through trade pricing agreed with our team after their application is reviewed, not through referral commission.
  • No commission is paid on your own purchases — orders placed with your own customer account or email address.

2. How referrals are tracked

  • Use the links from your partner dashboard. They look like https://www.robotsinternational.com/partners/ref/YOURCODE?to=/product-page, and the same code works on every one of our robotics stores.
  • A click sets a 90-day cookie. If a buyer clicks the links of several partners, the last click counts.
  • If a buyer you referred requests a quotation, the quotation and any order placed from it stay credited to you.
  • Automated, self-generated or incentivised clicks are not counted.

3. When commission is earned

  • A commission is recorded as pending when the order is placed, and approved once the order is fully paid.
  • Cancelled orders earn nothing. A full refund reverses the commission; a partial refund reduces it in proportion.

4. Payouts

  • Approved commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal once your approved balance reaches US$50 or the equivalent. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Enter your payout details in your partner dashboard. Never send bank or identity details by email — we will not ask for them.
  • We do not pay in cryptocurrency, and there are no separate paid arrangements outside the program.

5. How you may promote our stores

  • Promote our stores in your own name. Do not present yourself as our company, our staff or an authorised dealer of any brand.
  • No unsolicited email, SMS or messaging campaigns in our name, and no purchased or scraped contact lists.
  • Mark referral links as sponsored (rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow") and disclose the partnership where the law requires it.
  • Use manufacturers' brand names only to name their products — not in your own brand, domain names, logos or ads.

6. Images and videos

  • You may use the product photos from our store pages to promote those products, with a link to the product on our store.
  • For video, embed the manufacturers' official clips; do not re-upload or edit them.
  • The marketing assets in your partner dashboard may be used on the same terms.

7. What the program does not include

  • No demo or free units, and no exclusivity or territory rights for affiliates.
  • No API or automated access to the partner dashboard.
  • Trade pricing and territory for resellers and distributors are agreed in writing, after a person has reviewed the application.

8. Changes and ending the partnership

  • We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version.
  • We may suspend a partner account that breaks these terms. Commissions earned by breaking them are cancelled.
