All sales of robotics products are final. This includes, but is not limited to, robotic units, components, accessories, software, and related hardware. Due to the complex and sensitive nature of robotics technology, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any robotics products once purchased, regardless of the reason.

02 — Scope

This policy applies equally to robotics products purchased in-store, online, or through any authorized distributor. No channel of sale carries a separate or more lenient return policy.

03 — Before You Buy

Because purchases cannot be reversed, customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review all product specifications, compatibility requirements, and documentation prior to completing any purchase.

04 — Defects & Shipping Damage

In the event that a product is received in a demonstrably defective condition or was damaged during shipping, customers must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for a warranty claim review. Claim approval remains at the sole discretion of the company.

To submit a claim, provide:

1. Written notice within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
3. Original order number and delivery confirmation.
4. Retain all original packaging until the review concludes.

05 — Acknowledgment

This no-return policy is non-negotiable and supersedes any general return policies that may otherwise apply to other product categories. By completing a purchase of any robotics product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy in full.
